This page explains what Kept stores about you and your organization, and why.
What we store
Your name, email address and role in each organization, and the subscription details your team enters: tools, prices, renewal dates, notes, who uses what, and a history of changes.
Why we store it
To run the tracker for your organization: showing costs and renewals, sending the emails your team turns on, and keeping a record of who changed what.
Who can see it
Only the members of your organization, according to their role. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
Service providers
Kept runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (email) and Anthropic (Kept AI, when your team uses it).
Your choices
You can change your profile, turn off renewal emails and usage check-ins, or ask us to delete your account at any time.
